SWE Professional Development Webinar Program Tracks

SWE’s professional development programs are customized to various levels of a woman engineer’s management career. SWE offers programs targeted to university students and professionals at all stages and positions in their career from early, middle, senior and executive management. The program tracks have been designed to address a variety of current topics identified by the SWE membership and are produced based on pertinent subject matter for each track. 

These program tracks include:

Work Culture & Diversity - this program track addresses the challenges and opportunities that face women in STEM within the context of diversity, globalization, and culture.

Governance - this program track provides training related to SWE governance activities.

Leadership Development -  this program track is how we develop the skills and insight to lead others. The content of the webinars is largely focused on developing personal and organizational vision and strategies.

Technical - this program track addresses the technical aspects of STEM fields.

Transitions -  this program track is specific to the transitions we make during our personal and professional lives. The webinars within this track will address the changes we face in our personal and professional lives.
