As an engineering student you face many challenges. And as a woman engineering student you face even more. SWE is dedicated to helping you succeed. In fact, our goal is to raise the number of women graduating with engineering degrees from 18 to 30 percent by 2020.

To help us reach our goal, we offer assistance in many forms. We award more than $500,000 in scholarships each year, we sponsor fun competitions, we have great job and internship search resources, and we recognize outstanding achievements through awards.
