SWE Region Programming Excellence Award

The SWE Region Programming Excellence Award is an award created specifically to:

• Recognize innovative region conference sessions, programs, or events.

• Encourage SWE members to create and share new materials and resources.

2010 Award Topic
Now in its fifth year, the 2010 Programming Excellence Award will award $5,000 to the SWE region that creates and delivers the most outstanding region conference session, program or event on the selected topic, “Career Managmenet in Difficult Economic Circumstances.” An additional $2,000 will be awarded for honorable mention.

Materials selected for the Regional Programming Excellence Award will become the basis for a new leadership coaching module, which will be presented at subsequent national and region conferences, carrying the names of the creators into SWE posterity.

Submission Information
Materials and submission form must be mailed to SWE Headquarters and post-marked by May 15, 2010.

This year, SWE offers a wide variety of awards for collegiate, professional and MALs that acknowledge outstanding contributions in the areas of Communications, Membership, Multicultural Activities, Outreach Programs, and Professional Development.
