Further your career by immersing yourself in leadership best practices through Engineering Leadership for the 21st Century. This interactive course is comprised of six modules that will cover everything you need to know to build your competencies as a leader – from delegation and listening to situational leadership and business acumen, plus much more.

The course is intended for those about to graduate, recent graduates and early career professionals. The course has been made possible through the generous sponsorship of Northrop Grumman Foundation.

As you make your way through the course, bear these tips in mind:

  • You are welcome to access the module you wish to study; however, you’re encouraged to advance in a linear order.
  • Throughout each module you will have an opportunity to access tools, resources and your learning journal by clicking on “Leadership Toolkit” in the upper right hand corner.
