This interactive course is comprised of six modules that will cover everything you need to know to build your competencies as a leader – from delegation and listening to situational leadership and business acumen, plus much more.

The course is intended for those about to graduate, recent graduates and early career professionals. The course has been made possible through the generous sponsorship of Northrop Grumman Foundation.
